"Heat was at 85 and my husband was still freezing! There was absolutely No conditioner. Which is frustrating when you need it! And No smart tv!! Decent clean room popcorn and hot chocolate was great! Hot good shower good pressure."

"Room and restroom is very small. The breakfast was just cereal and some muffins. Parking lot is across the street. Was told by someone at the desk, no comp water for status people because it's not a bigger Marriott. Pool area and lobby look good."

"Let me just express my disappointment in the shuttle service. Sat at LAX curb for 30 min waiting for shuttle. Black van #104. Passed us, stopped at curbside just past us for 2 seconds and as we were waiving him down, he took off! This is after we had called hotel the first time. The SECOND time, they sent a different van which took about 15 min,acceptable, with a driver that was pleasant and apologetic. His name was Hugo. The front desk staff was better. Hotel is nice. P"

Gym was clean and well kept. The rooms were equipped with all of ours needs. Front desk/maids were timely, professional and respectful."
