"Erick used car dealer advice to potential customers. My father went in and was sold incorrect information before the purchase. After the contract was sign my father went one day after and told the salesman he no longer was interested in the car . Salesman (which till today we have no name) try to do everything in his power not to return the downpayment . How do you make someone who does not understand English properly sign a contract . That contract was done incorrectly if it is not bilingual ( when someone speaks Spanish only) Come to our surprise the manager statement was " well good luck trying to find you downpayment " and hang up the phone . I have report this to consumer affairs and I fee sorry for people who put there trust in this type of business. Thankful for site like yelp where you can alert other customers of this type of business and treatments. People do your self a favor do the research who you are making business with. I spoke to the salesman myself , I have never felt so irritated in my life . A salesman who does not have a good attitude who is willing to tell you " give us a bad review, we also have a lot on Vernon review that one as well " and does not have the owner interested in mind well it speaks for itself. This people are trying to grab your money and go . Do yourself a favor go to car max or drive-time. Yes it might be more expensive but you get what you pay for . Like the other review here this people are shady and will do anything in their power to make sure you pay the double amount for a car you might not even get to take home . After trying to speak in a civilized manner with the "manager/salesman" he has the nerve to tell me well we won't give your dad the downpayment and the car is going to probably be resold . Wow my jaw drop . I hope the owner reads this and knows he has a lot to lose . People are not stupid, people do not live in the cave ages . People are smart a click away from seeing the reviews in a place they are going to walk into. Like I said you don't want bad review it will make you or brake you . It may take time to take you to court but we will receive our downpayment and make this right! If I could I would give zero stars!!!!"
