"I stopped by for the first time and got the unlimited shine package for $35. They also cleaned the inside of the truck for an extra $20 and did a great job. When I left, the guys even helped put my son’s bike in the back of my truck. I recommend trying this car wash."

"Went in today I have a membership pay the extra money to have a detailed inside after driving off. I noticed that they did not clean it properly. I am disappointed. It looks like all they did was vacuum the mats and the floor. In the past I have paid for this service. This is the first time this has happened. I don’t know why there was not very many customers waiting. I was thinking about adding a second car but now I’m thinking about canceling my membership and going elsewhere."

"Waiting for a response so that this review can hopefully be updated but as of now the manager's attitude and attentiveness is dismissive at best. Went for a car wash for my first time hoping to sign up for this service and I went through the car wash and my antenna was missing. Of course I realized this when I pulled over to grab gas because I just drove off after the wash and straight to the gas station up the road from them. Couldn't give me a time said people had already looked and nothing was found. Hopefully, I'll have an update soon and my car is a kia model 2020- ***Update: the business comment is an accurate state of events regarding post wash recovering events. It took me writing this review to be taken seriously after having a less than pleasant conversation with the manager, stating " we will not stop to look for it until tonight and we won't stay long to look for it. We'll call you back in a few days," to add more missing context. I was informed that the antenna was stuck in the bristles of the wash ( I had to ask where it was found). Meaning that other cars were going through the wash during that period could have potentially had their cars scratched or dented by this antenna that was stuck in the bristles of the automatic machine. The first time they searched it wasn't found anywhere on the floor. Overall, they had an opportunity to provide some customer service and none of those opportunities were taken unfortunately."

"Can I do 4.5 stars? I love this place. My husband used to complain about how dirty my car was. I joined Splash as soon as they opened. I have a monthly membership so I get my car washed weekly. And sometimes more often because of the seagulls. The only thing I would like is for more water to be blown off. I always need to dry the car so I don't get spots. Oh and what happened to the Splash logo inside the wash? I loved it."

"Took the car in after a weekend adventure, I was worried those bugs weren’t ever going to come off. The folks at Splash not only helped hand scrub the bugs off but also offered me to drive through the wash again for a second rinse. For an automatic carwash, their attention to detail is unmatched."
