"My is Experience was HORRIBLE! All though I was surprised to get an RV last minute on Labor Day Weekend . I was not at all pleased with the RV that I was given. The RV was not Clean, it was worn , it had odor I cant describe, the Filter in the A/C was Black and had pet hairs in it. We were give a stapler and sheet to use as the privacy curtain the covers the front window. The sheets and blanket had white stains on them. Our intentions were to camp on the beach for two days , but with the condition of the RV we did not feel comfortable staying in it so we just went and hung out at the beach for a few hours. The smell of the air blowing through the A/C was uninviting so we spent most of the time outside. We did not get to enjoy camping we simply parked the RV and returned it the next day. Although Dana was super cool I expressed my disappointment in the RV and was not offered any type of discount. I was out of 986.00 and a bummy Labor Day weekend. I tried loading the photos of the RV but for some reason they wont load but I cant assure you this RV was not sanitized. We had to clean it before bringing our items in. Such a disappointment. My suggestion is to prepare ahead of time and find a creditable RV rental company. I would like to mention the Stewart the owner has either a big heart or is Robin Hood because he houses 300 homeless people in the back of the RV Rental location in RV's."

"Oceans 11 R.V. Rentals is by far, one of the best "customer service" experiences I have had. The management was extremely courteous, and helpful. They provided me with information about the place I had not even thought to ask them myself. The R.V. I rented was not only an excellent rental, but the price was outstanding for what I was getting. My rental was clean, and obviously well kept. It was beautiful! The manager on site explained all I needed to know, in full, understandable detail. I recommend Oceans 11 fully, and will definitely use them again, and again!!! Thank you Oceans 11, for helping make my trip an unforgettable one!"

"Let me start by saying that these guys can definitely be described as a little unorthodox. The location is strange - its right next to a recycling plant with just a bunch of RVs parked on the street. They deal in all cash - not a bad thing, just not what I'm used to. That being said, the two gentlemen I dealt with were kind and professional. The charges were explained before hand, a contract was signed, and a receipt given. The RV was what I expected - obviously not brand new cosmetically, but it was clean and everything functioned flawlessly. I had no issues mechanically while driving, and none with the RV while parked. Before returning the RV I vacuumed and washed it, and was not charged the cleaning fee. The onboard tanks were emptied, so we were not assessed that fee either. To sum up my experience, I'd say that if you're fair to them, they'll be fair with you. If I were them I'd invest in a store front or some kind of office to make customers feel a little less weary, but all and all it was a good experience and I would rent from them again."
