"Had great interactions with a lot of the staff, but specifically leaving 5 stars for the sales process I went through with Devon. I usually dread meeting with salesmen, but he was super chill, never pushy, and gave me a lot of time to check out the vehicle for myself. Even in negotiations, he was always respectful and answered all my questions. There were some things added on the contract (additional alarm, ceramic, etc.) that I was not really wanting, but they negotiated with me a bit, and I took what ended up being a pretty good deal. I also really appreciate the patience working with the financial team (Jasmine and another person, I didn’t catch his name). I had to call my bank multiple times to get my payment to go through, and they worked with me for a long period of time. My interactions with the sales manager, Richard, were also super pleasant and he was friendly, even when I could tell he was super busy. Overall, good experience, and really excited to have found a hatchback Civic finally!"
