"I'm a local here in Lawndale. Been renting here for years. Recently this location takes forever. I'd always have to call and make sure the type of vehicle I've rented is here. My reservation is at 9am for pick up and it takes so long for them to gather information and then have to clean the vehicle, by that time it's been an hour. So plan ahead and expect a wait. Come on guys let's be better. I got plans and this just causes a delay. I'm here waiting and it's going past an hour....Really ? Dude please get it together."

"Customer servicebis great, but they need more staff, waiting time is long so if you're in a hurry expect a delay. Also they need to communicate with the drivers when dropping us off, he didn't know where he was going and I didn't have car shop address Handy so had to dig in my emails to find it. Other than that, it was ok."
