"Worst rental car place ever. If you like to wait for over 2 hour in line to rent a car. Then this is your place. The clerks are rude and like to spend time on their phone and waste time. They don’t care if you are tired or have kids. They take their sweet long time to process the paperwork. My car was suppose to be ready at 10 am. Got to the place at 10:45. I waited in line for two and half hours. Only to be told that the car is not ready and it’s getting clean. I waited an additional 90 mins. Worst place ever. Don’t go there. Save your money and time. Go somewhere else."

"Getting the car in the office took a long time. Credit card companies will flag their test transaction and you will have to confirm it's not fraud. Car was a little dirty on seats and outside. Pricing was good but they do charge an extra $200 deposit (they refund it on return if everything is in the same condition). We were lucky and had two very kind and helpful employees at pickup and drop off (can't remember the employee in the office's name but Laura at drop off was a pleasure to work with). The car drove well for the week we had it but if you go here just be prepared to wait a while as there's a lot of paperwork to fill out and the time to clear the charge with your credit card company can vary."

"getting to the rental location was a bit of a chore but once there it was an easy transaction. be prepared to provide a copy of your car insurance declaration page and a rental hold fee based on your deductible, mine was $400, that is refunded three to five days after car is returned. i would rent from them again since i am now aware of their location, rental policies, and fees."

"If you want convenience don’t choose this place! I made the mistake of letting my husband save $100 by using this place. After waiting 30 min for a bus ride to the remote lot then a shuttle ride to the office I spent over an hour in line to get my vehicle. Online I paid for a 7 passenger vehicle. Well they didn’t have any and they proceeded to charge me the same price. I received a Jeep compass with no refund. This place is a joke. Spend the extra 100 and use a nationally known company. Now I have to attempt to get some of my money back."

"This is our worst car rental experience so far. To begin with, we were sent outdated instructions. Take the Renaissance Hotel shuttle and look for the company's office there. The whole our family with a luggage went to the hotel where staff said that the company had moved long time ago and was located in another place. How do you like this? They didn’t answer the calls for a long time, so we started looking for the company’s location on Google maps. And we found reviews that were the worst possible. This included the fact that people had to travel by public transport and had their bookings canceled because they were an hour late. And then their Charge for a new booking. We arrived by Lyft to company's new location. Everything was quickly arranged for us there, but new unpleasant surprises awaited us. Even though we provided our insurance, it was not enough and we were forced to pay another $200+ for their departmental full coverage insurance. Further. I specifically looked for conditions with unlimited miles. And in the terms of the contract, which I received by email from the Wisecars company, it was said that we could cross the border of Nevada and Arizona. We also wanted to go to Utah, but the car was already paid for. And the office told us that we couldn’t go to Arizona. If we want to go there, then we need to pay another $400. And if we accidentally cross the Arizona border, there will be a fine. And this is exactly what we needed the car for - to go to the Grand Canyon and around the state. But we found ourselves stuck without the opportunity to leave and for every sneeze we had to pay extra. It was a disappointment. We received the car dirty, dirty with birds, with dirty streaks on the inside of the glass, with parts on the doors taped shut. We booked a car, the description of which stated that it could fit 5 suitcases, but we received it with a trunk smaller than that of our sedan. Things had to be put in the salon. What we got as a result: violation of the terms by the company cross-bordering into the states, and extra charge, failure to fulfill the shuttle agreement and calling a taxi at our own expense, a dirty car with defects. I hope no more surprises await us. Don’t get involved with Nextcars and ViceGuys if you don’t want to start your vacation with a lot of running around, frustration, and unnecessary expenses."
