We were staying an hour away and wouldn’t be coming back in the morning. They wouldn’t refund us our rental either because it wasn’t 48 hours before the reservation. Not my fault our flight got delayed and they couldn’t offer me any other help. Very disappointed and would not recommend renting with them."
