"Came by for a demo drive and this has been by far the easiest place to go car shopping with kids! I absolutely loved how they had some many arts and crafts available for kids. Kept my boys busy while we checked the car out. Staff were pretty friendly as well. Only downside is how difficult it was to get a hold of someone on the phone."

"This is the WORST vehicle. My husband and I have the Rivian truck with the max battery pack. It’s definitely a consistent vehicle for very low mileage. I’m suppose to get 360 miles with the kind of tires I have. My vehicle gets 250 miles. We drive very conservatively and these are the results. Customer service is non existent. Not a good company at all. The video shows 40 miles left on a full charge which will be 15 at best and only 232 miles have been driven. 100 MILES OFF OF WHAT I SHOULD GET!"

"Rivian Venice is such a gorgeous space. What I enjoy most about being in their space is the ability to work in the garden. The pockets of sunshine that move through the space are gorgeous. If you are ever in the area exploring Abbot Kinney, I highly recommend you go to check it out and to spend some time to learn about Rivian and to simply enjoy. The customer service is always welcoming."

"I was skeptical about the location. Especially with small kids, but the area is gated. The two buildings are kept very nicely, with lots of things for kids to do. Being able to see the vehicles in person was wonderful. They had lots of fresh fruit and water available. The bathrooms were clean. They even had lovely little garden areas. On display today was the Rivian Blue and Launch Green RS1. Also on display was the Red Canyon RT1. The staff was very nice and hospitable especially with the kids. They also had some of their own vehicles there so was able to see the Glacier White, Limestone, and El Cap Granite. You could easily spend all day there. I felt like they were really establishing a clean environment for the future."
