"Poor customer service… asked for a sauce on the side because we didn’t want to have it on top of the chicken plate and wanted to get charged $0.50 for the side. I explained that we don’t want it on top because we have a baby and I trying to share the food with him so instead of putting the sauce on top just give us on side and they kept arguing and asking for money. Worse customer service I have ever seen. Never going back again!"
"Used to be a good place to eat in the mall until they just fell off the face of the Earth and didn't even tell their employees. They're doing some scammy restructuring scheme just so corporate doesn't have to lose any money."
"What is the point of having "rewards" if you can not be able to use it?? Even better.. why the trouble of making a QR code if you can not use it? I have my points.. and even if I have the chance to use it before they expire.. sometimes don't work online like it supposed too.. so if you go in person to order .. the same thing happen to not be able to use it.. Tell me if that doesn't give anyone a bad day?? Besides it used to be way better in the terms of food... No wonder there is not a big line like before.. Well just be aware when you come here and order.. check it twice too.."
