"I used to shop here. Stater bros and Staples were my favorite places to go, but they closed shop because (a ccording to the employees I spoke with), the land owner raised the rent to an unaffordable amount that they no longer afford. As a result, both large square footage buildings have remained vacant for years. It seems that it would have been more profitable to keep the rent reasonable so that these two businesses could have stayed open. At least the land owner would be getting some income from the properties. I doubt that any business we frequent will lease those buildings. It's like a ghost town. I think I was probably just driving through the lot after getting food to go from Denny's, but that's a different survey."

"Definitely no stater Bros here. Realty place now where staters was. No over night parking. Unless you're a trucker and park near Denny's."

"This place needs some work. This gym is lacking lighting, the machines are outdated and they need to take of the cleaning. The also don’t mind arguing with customers. Be careful if you decide to workout during night time, they have security on duty but I noticed some strange activity in this plaza."

"This place is really big business plaza but not many businesses here. Parking lot is clean and accessible for wheelchair. Most of the business here sale foods like little Cesar Pizza, Subway, donut shop, smoke shop, and Denny's restaurant. Parking lot is nice and clean. There was a nice place to purpose visit as well."
