"I would like to start off by saying that my recent sell with OUAC was disappointing. I was surprised by the quote that I was given for the baby swing that my 3-month-old did not use and was very new. I was given a quote that was less than $20 and come to find that it was sold for more than what they gave me which I understand with you know fees and whatever may be they have to make a profit too but I feel like I was robbed. If I could have taken my item and sell it somehow for a little more I would have done so. I don't think I will sell again with them."

"Great second hand shop. Just beware of the 2nd hand (intricate toy sets) they do a great job checking all the items out but for certain things with a lot of parts its easy to miss a piece or two and sometimes that piece is a vital part. Luckily I caught it before I made the purchase because I was unable to find that replacement part online I didn't make the purchase (but my wife who was with me said she would have bought it and not thought twice) sadly they out the item right back up for sale and no warning or price reduction for the missing part. 5 star experience at this place for awhile now especially with clothes and simpler items. Just so your not disappointed pay extra attention to detail for anything with a lot of parts that's all. This isn't meant to be a negative review as we love shopping here, just a heads up so someone doesn't get something home and have that end in disappointed or frustration."

"The store itself is clean and organized, I’ve never tried selling so I can’t speak on that. The pricing is outrageous on a lot of items. $10 for 2T Nike/Adidas sweatpants is crazy. You can buy them for the same price on Amazon. Kate Quinn is a desirable brand, but $11 for a super stretched out romper is not even close to resell value when most items sell for under $15 on their site brand new. I attached a photo of one example of pajamas with extreme pilling, how did that make it through? There were many others just like it. The older woman who answers the phone has bad customer service skills."

"Decent price for kids clothes but you have to know prices. Sometimes I see clothes for more than retail. I find most stuff to be overpriced but you can shop the sales for good deals. The shoes are decent as well as the books. I don't bother selling to them anymore because even the new stuff got complaints and I was barely offered anything. Overall I like this store and the newer expanded located. Staff is friendly."
