"I’ve used Collision Arts for years now and each time, I’ve been elated by their work repairing body damage to my Audi Q5 from relatively major accidents to most recently, a minor bang up. And given the consistency of their outstanding work, I felt it timely to share my experience with others who may be looking for a reliable, high-quality, and fair-priced body shop in Ft. Lauderdale. Every touchpoint was a positive experience – from bringing my car in to get damages assessed for an estimate (and what I view as a fair price when I’m paying directly myself for minor stuff), to them working directly with my insurance company (for the big stuff), to getting parts in on a timely basis (quicker than I’d expect given today’s “supply issues” you hear about), and most importantly - doing the immaculate body work and paint job (they really are artists!). As you can tell, they’ve earned my trust and high recommendation to others."

"DO NOT USE this body repair shop! They are incompetent and have extremely poor customer service. My car was brought in 8 months ago and is still not repaired! They are still waiting on a part??!?? "The two receptionist are great although the shops work was horrible. This is the perfect place if you want a two tone car. I have a 2023 brand NEW Kia, doesn’t even have 4K miles on it … I took my car initially over a fender bender, when I picked up my car I was in a rush to get out because a mechanic had to pull a car out, but I was waiting on an answer because they did not touch my rim AT ALL. I got home and analyzed my car, first thing I noticed was TWO different colors, they removed my car emblem and did not put it back on…. I went back, they said they’ll fix it..got my car back and it was STILL TWO different colors, the emblem was slapped on sloppy and to top it off I saw two new scratches on my car door…gave them one more chance and it was still two different colors and the scratches were not dealt with. First two images are from original FIRST fix, next 3 are second fix, and the last 4 are from 3rd fix and the last 2 are from the accident. They do not do their paint jobs in an enclosed and clean area, my car has specs of what seems like dirt or rocks that dried in the paint and there are drips of the paint on my car because it wasn’t dried properly. The spaces from my hood to fender/headlights are not evenly, my emblem has paint on it and looks like it was just glued on if that’s all that I see from the outside I can only imagine my car internally. The quality of work was HORRIBLE, wasted my time 3 times !!! I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone nor ever go back."
