"The worst MedSpa experience! This location/ rooms were very unsanitary I . I was just seen for laser hair removal, they did not go over the process/procedure with me. There were three other assistants in the room, I was not informed why they were there for the treatment. It felt crowded. I had Tiffany as my physician, in my opinion I felt like she did not know what she was doing, she was very hesitant and I had to keep asking questions. She was happy to charge for a full service, but didn’t want to do the entire service until after I requested her to do so ?. I would not recommend this place for laser hair removal."
