"Bought a cartridge for my brother laser printer. I made the order based on the website direction. When opened the item I recognized; not the right cartridge. Taken back to store, a manager came and declare that he can't take it back. That is the worst way of dealing with customers. It's not fair for me since no one told me about the restrictions. Otherwise I won't buy it. 80 dollars is big amount for people man. Shame one u best buy."

"I really wish there was a different type of grade scale. One where you can adjust it but not so drastically where you can go from like 5 stars one day to 2 stars another day. I feel like the majority of people take the time to read 1 or 5 star reviews no matter the case, so here I am with my 5 star review instead of a 3 or 4 because I want the public to see it and yet I definitely know it doesn't deserve a 1 star review. This Best Buy is a place I visit frequently and sometimes I have really good experiences and sometimes they're just alright. I like how there's always someone at the entrance to welcome you and who can guide you in the right direction if needed. I've bought multiple items at this location but at the same time I've had to drive to other locations because they don't have what I need or want in stock (I guess you could look online but I bought a very expensive Sony camera one time at another location because this one said it had one in stock but when I showed up they couldn't locate it. The same with an HP gaming laptop. This locations missing out on money for sure). This isn't the largest Best Buy in the Dallas area so they don't seem to have as many gadgets as the one off of 75. The location is convenient for the Garland, Wylie and Rowlett area but it's not as fully loaded as some of the other locations I feel like. Next is, sometimes there's enough salesman there to help and sometimes you have to wait. I went one time and I waited patiently in line while one guy followed a couple looking at refrigerators and then helped another couple before helping me after he acknowledged me and said he would try to get someone else to help me way before this other couple came in. I was there to buy a really expensive piece of equipment but that left a sour taste in my mouth and I went elsewhere. The time before that I picked up a 77 inch Samsungs flagship TV and had a spectacular rep who helped and asked me to hold when another client came to ask him questions or if he noticed someone needed help he'd let me know and go help them. Very professional and nice guy. So this place has its good days and not so good days. Not much more to really say, they have a ton of electronics and appliances, a friendly staff and always a fun place to visit to check out the new gadgets."

"Clean store with large selection. Staff very helpful and friendly. About 20 years ago I purchased a TV at a BB in another state and swore I would never return. I have slowly returned and was shocked how well put together this store is."

"This is my second review for this store, specifically for Robert who I am glad to hear has been promoted since my last review a couple of months ago - well deserved ! I take up so much of Robert’s time when I am there, but he always approaches and asks if I need help. He’s very attentive, patient, genuine, knowledge and personable. His customer service skills are amazing, and mimic mine which is refreshing to see. He genuinely wants to help people find what’s best for them and isn’t just trying to make a sale - simply being patient and kind is enough to make a sale, really. People know when they’re being treated like people vs dollar signs , so I really appreciate Robert ! I hope he is given recognition again for helping me now a second time have an amazing experience. I didn’t realize who he was until the very end of my time with him! Then all the dots connected and made sense - I will seek Robert out in the future for help. Ended up with a Tv I really like. "My son and I came in for a laptop. From the moment we stepped into the store, the front door staff greeted us. When we headed to the back near the computers, Noah, one of the techs, greeted us and asked if I needed help. I welcomed his help. Noah was very informative, helpful, patient, and kind. I was able to get the laptop I needed and grateful it was on sale. He didn't ask me to leave a review, but I had to share his customer service skills. Thanks Noah, for a great in-store experience!"
