"The reception staff are not empathetic, it seems like they are doing you a favor by serving you. I had a very bad experience with the administrative staff. I hope Dr Mcquaid pays attention to this, maybe he doesn't realize or find out about the kind of people who work for him."

"I received very professional, friendly treatment by everyone on the staff, and also from Dr. McQuaid. They spent lots of time with me and explained things thoroughly, asking if I had questions several times. This is a very patient centered practice and I have complete confidence that I will be treated with conscientious care."

"There was another reviewer that commented that all they are interested at this office is to up sale to more expensive procedures. I totally concur with that assessment. I did however finally received confirmation that they were filling my prescription. I had contact them through the patient portal which I guess is probably not the fastest and most reliable way of communicating with them. They apologized and said something that it had been down on their end. So for now I am raising their score. Second year now, going back to have more work done. The medical staff are great, doctor does good work. My complaint is with the billing people. My copay is $30 for office visit, they wanted to charge me that and $60 for an ultra-sound. Because they wish to classify themselves as a surgical unit, they could do that. They took my $60 and then file the claim and procedure as an office visit instead. My total cost should be $30, not $91. They did the same thing last year to me and I caught it, so when I go back again, I will insist they credit the $60 to my office visits. So, when dealing with them, keep an eye on their billing, they keep trying to sneak in extra costs that you should not be paying for."

"I am only half way done with my treatment and felt I needed to write a review. I completed treatment on my right leg yesterday and will have the left leg treated next week. I had a TERRIBLE experience at another vein "clinic" so I was VERY nervous and apprehensive about even starting treatment. Dr. McQuaid is extremely pleasant, thorough, and answered all my questions. His staff is so amazing!! All the girls are so sweet and take their time answering questions and are reassuring during all follow up appointments. They offer sedation options to help with nerves, which I'm thankful for. Jennifer has assisted the Dr during both procedures and she is so awesome! Both Dr. McQuaid and Jennifer explained everything they were doing the whole time. I would highly recommend anyone to this office for their vein care."
