"This seems like a nice store with some awesome clothing and great sales. However, your employees are your downfall. We went here on Wednesday August 8th. No one at the cash register, no one around the fitting rooms. One lady & her daughter went up to stand by the register. So after a few minutes they were like "ding ding anyone working here?" So I go up to stand behind them. The ONE employee who was cashing everyone out was also fixing the displays. That was what she had been doing. So now we have a line of people. You have THREE other employees walk up, talking & doing something with another register. A customer goes up to them to either ASK a question or cash out. The direct them to the long(er) line. This person must have said something, they look at the line and shrug their shoulders at her. So, we love your clothes but we'll go to another Rue 21 store that doesn't have such rude employees. So out of 4 employees only 1 was working. I wonder how your sales are? Have you noticed a drop? You might want to check on your staff. I want to support local business even if they are chain stores as they employee locals but stores that have lazy, unprofessional and rude staff, nope."
