"I first went to the north location and when they weren't open, even tho it was after 9am I decided to go this location. When I pulled up Mike immediately greeted me and even offered me a bottle of water. He gave me up front prices and explained the different price points. He was very kind, helpful and the sole reason I will be returning. Thanks Mike! I regretfully didn't catch the techs name, he was just as delightful to interact with.. P.s. the reason the other location wasent open was due to staffing issues.. we all know how hard it is to find good employees.. Take-5, don't let go of the good ones like Mike, they are virtually impossible to replace!"
