"We went during slow lunch hours on a Monday. $25 for kbbq and hotpot is a pretty good value. You grab your own meats… no ordering needed. For lunch, the selection of meats is kind of limited. Hot pot was good. I’d come back for lunch again."

"Many unique seafood selections (oyster, blue crab, snow crab legs) and typically meat options like other Ayce places. They recently added more veggie selections like my favorite for hotpot is watercrest. The service could be better... I have been here many times. The servers do not assist with bringing the ingredients and grilling which could be a chores for dinning out. Also, It would make more sense to keep all the marinated/raw meat and seafood in a closed refrigerator for freshness. On one of my visits the shrimp smell spoiled."

"We love experiencing unique places. HQ has a character of its own. It's a self serve type buffet with the grills and hot pot stations at the tables. They were running a special that it you got both the barbecue and the hotpot - they threw in a plate of king crab. You'll find that those who enjoy this restaurant regularly know their way around. It took us a minute to acclimate ourselves to where the plates and bowls were - no worries - I got you. Underneath the buffet stations is where you will find the plates and bowls. If you can't eat a lot I would suggest not opting for both the soup and the barbecue - it's massive! If you ARE a heavy hitter don't think you're gonna be there longer than 2 hours - there's a time limit. (We saw this when we were in Japan at one of these types of restaurants). If you really want to get the VIP treatment - make sure Bao is serving - he was 100%!! He was very helpful for our first time there. Check them out - and go there hungry!"

"Came for the first time to celebrate my friend’s birthday. Beautifully decorated inside. It’s convenient because you can do hotpot or bbq right at your table. We had hotpot and I like the hot and sour broth for my soup base. Although I would love to see a more selection of the veggies and maybe some other side dishes. Our server was super nice and friendly and explained the menu thoroughly. Came by to check pn our table regularly."

"First time trying hot pot and k bbq together. I was a bit lost at first trying to understand what exactly it was I had to do in order to get the food. Luckily our waiter was kind and super helpful to our party. He gave us directions on how to order multiple times cause we didn’t understand it at first. I loved that each one of us had our own hot pot to make. There were plenty of meat, veggies, & noodles to choose from."
