"Excellent, knowledgeable healthcare, integrated as part of a comprehensive healthcare system. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, please give patients useful instructions on how to get to your offices!!!!! First, use A or B - the BIG letters outside the VHC buildings and throughout the complexes' interiors, to tell us which building to go to. The street address, in tiny digits outside the buildings, is technically correct, but it doesn't help the patients as much as the letter. Also, please tell us which floor you want us to go to. "Heart Center" doesn't cut it - give us a floor, even a suite number. You give great care, but we need your help to find it. After I arrived frazzled for my appointment, while I waited two other patients reported to the receptionist with varying degrees of confusion. Please help us help you help us. Thanks."

"Dr. Eric Thorn and RN Mary Lou Hopkins and their weight loss program has been a blessing to me and my family. The comprehensive course on food was beyond informative and educational! ALL the things you thought you knew about food and what you thought was healthy was a lie! They schooled us on the TRUTH about carbohydrates, fats, and what it does and does NOT do to our body.
