We feel healthy with the organic food they prepare. The system is very straightforward. They are good about pausing the subscription and making any adjustments as needed. I have recently celebrated my birthday and ordered a Keto Cake. Michelle is a star on the phone and at the kitchen. I ordered a dulce de leche cake. Non Keto people were impressed by how delicious it was being a keto dessert. The Keto Kitchen Miami may not answer the phone right away, but they do get back to you. We are very happy overall and look forward to continue ordering from The Keto Kitchen Miami."

"This place is Keto Heaven! We have been on keto for a few months now and we were definitely missing some sweet treat in our diet. We bought one of everything and took the time to measure glucose after each one we tried. Completely keto! (We had been fooled by other “keto” businesses before. But Keto kitchen is the real deal. We tried the brownie, tres leches (my favorite) , cheesecake, bagels, amazing empanadas and all tasted amazing. The only one I didn’t like was the key lime pie. They make different things every week so we have been trying a few items ever weeks. Absolutely recommend if you are on keto."

"I ordered from uber eats from here and am extremely disappointed. I ordered their keto quesadilla solely because of the macros with high protein & high fat. I was shocked when I opened my order at how my quesadilla BARELY had any chicken or cheese and it was so dry because all I could taste was the actual tortilla which by the time I received my order, the tortilla was dry and stale. I already track my macros so I know for a fact I barely got any protein or fat in and I wish I had just ordered from a different keto spot I was contemplating on because the entire order was pretty expensive and not at all worth the money. Won’t be ordering from here again and do not recommend."

"Valentines Day edition! They truly are beautiful desserts. I have to say the vanilla cupcakes were my favorite. The frosting was unique almost like it had some type of Greek yogurt mixed in but it was tasty. The red velvet cookies and brownies I found a little dry not sure if it’s because we kept them in the fridge until enjoying. But I would like to try the meals soon!"
