"I haven't even been at this facility a year and they are already implementing a rate increase. Talk about bait and switch they get you in with low pricing and then increase it!"

"My wife and I had a storage place here for about a year or two and we got behind to where we were a month behind and they actually sold everything that we had in there. Most places you go behind three months but no this place was a month behind and I lost everything from my father who is dead and my mother who is also dead and my father's roommate who had also passed away which all these things were very near and dear to me all these things I lost and my father's business and tools which had been given to me from my father before he died and all these things have gone to me now and the business obviously is not gone because they didn't give us a notice.This is by far the worst place as far as a self storage facility in Naples Florida I have ever come across. I would not recommend it anywhere I would slander it everywhere every chance I can get. Honestly is it slander when it true. I would love for them to take me to courtmy name is Jeremy SeanHonecker and I would be gladly more than glad to see them in court and see them in court basin for slander my name my number they have it and they know what they did it was just absolutely wrong and it was a lot of money==I know they have a lot of storage unit across from the airport am I supposed to bid on the units that come up for auction in their own units but a little bird told me thT they have some storage units across the street at the airports. That's where they keep the things they buy from their units. This is all coming from someone who use to work for them."

"Working with Jose at The Lock Up Self Storage has been a pleasure. We have rented a unit for 3+ years. The building and grounds are kept clean and well maintained. The inside and outside of the building is well-lit making it a very safe and comfortable environment. Jose made the process very easy and was always available to help when needed. I highly recommend them."

"Originally I gave this place a good review but after dealing with them for 5 months my opinion has changed. After the first month I never received a notification to pay my bill and was charged $20.00 later fee because my email was entered improperly. I was told to call customer care and the menu takes me back to this location. Never received the refund. I was asked at time of rental if I would like them to keep a key on premises if needed (which I agreed to) and when I closed out my rental I was told the key wasn’t located there and was charged $15 for a list key. Will never use the company again."
