"Really bad experience, didn’t even get to order. Both times we’ve been here service has been awful, we waited 10-15 minutes for someone to ring us up since we only had cash and then the guest behind us complained about them not serving anyone and they told us to move (in a very impolite manner might I add) and then we just gave up and left. This is both on management and rude employees, do better."

"Worst! Wait time is absolutely ridiculous! Shouldn’t have to wait 15-20mins for a coffee simple cream and sugar and a regular breakfast sandwich. I ended up leaving as I could not wait any longer - such a waste of time and money that I’ll never get back!!"
