"Christine and Devon are wonderful assets at the Life Storage Ridge Rd, Naples storage facility. I have been a renter from the very beginning and have only recently encountered numerous problems with easy pay each month, and Christine has always been Very helpful working with me to get the issues resolved quickly so I can avoid interest fees. Devon has been more than accommodating to figure a move from one or two units to another bigger unit (# 3) when I am ready. "This review pertains to my experience with Christina, who provided the kind of thorough, thoughtful, patient, and kind service and experience one dreams about but rarely experiences. Details on what preceded my experience with Tina follow for those who are interested. I initially rented my space via the company’s 855#. I subsequently wanted to review my lease and to make a copy for my records. Since I wasn’t sure how to do that, I again called the 855# only to be referred to toe local store. When I called, I was lucky because the Assistant Manager of the facility picked up and she made it her mission to get me a copy of my lease and to answer any and all questions I had ranging from account access per se to how to get into the facility as well as my space and everything in between, and walked me step-by-step through the entire process several times. I could go on and on but you get the point: if in doubt, give Christina a shout; you’ll be glad you did!"
