Originally known as Clam Bay, the community was renamed in 1974, and in 1982, Collier County designated its mangrove forest as a protected natural resource area. Today, the Pelican Bay Foundation, as the master homeowner’s association, ensures that our community's common areas are maintained in perpetuity.

Our pristine white sand beaches stretch nearly three miles and are fully equipped to enhance your leisure experience. Friendly Beach Attendants are on hand to assist members and guests with loungers, umbrellas, cabanas, sailboats, and sea kayaks.
