"Very rude post office workers. The Asian lady seems to be grumpy at baseline but she’s awful. USPS hiring riffraff to represent the country."

"Today was the worst experience I have had at this place. The gray haired lady is never friendly or helpful and very slow, but it was really bad today. You'd think with it being tax day, she'd have some help too? It was busier than usual and I was the fourth person in line with about twelve people behind me. Everyone was looking for the certified forms and when I asked why weren't any out, the woman said she had to pass them out to us? Really?? Why, it's not like we're going to be stealing them! We need them to fill them out before we get to her. She expects us to stand in line ask for the forms and then go back to the end of the line! How inefficient and counterproductive is that!!! She must of known the lady, two people, in front of me since she was asking her about a piece of mail and she said she has been trying to figure out what happened. After about five minutes, she invited her in the back and they were on the computer looking through it together and chatting. People were getting antsy so she told the woman to contribute looking through the computer to see if she could figure it out and she'd wait on the next person. The lady in front of me went up and had two certified mailings. While she was doing them she continued to talk to the other woman on her computer. Good thing the lady noticed she was putting the wrong #s on the wrong envelopes. At first she argued with her and said they were correct, but then realized the lady was correct. She had to redo both mailings over, but still continued to talk to that other woman. She finally finished helping the woman in front of me so now my turn. Thank God I only had one certified mailings, but since she continued talking to the woman it took her so long to complete it. I was originally forth in line, but was there over a half hour. Mind you, there were now more people in line and she had actually only helped three customers!!! She needs to retire and they need someone more efficient. Oh wait, we're talking about the Post Office!!!!"

"Need to mail a certified letter. Arrived at 8am when they supposedly open. 8:30am still not open. I get that USPS is government run so I should expect it to operate like a square wheel, but people have schedules to adhere to. At the least, they should be able to open on time."

"Wow ... maybe i caught the lady with the grey hair on a bad day but what a nasty attitude. The post office would be better served with friendly front service personnel. The folks at the Naples Post Office at Creekside Parkway always make my day a little brighter."

"I drop off pre-paid packages there every day, never ask for a scan, never give them any sort of hard time. When I arrived there it wasn't busy at all. I had ONE question about the formatting of the address I printed, she didn't understand my question so I tried to clarify and she kept talking over me and raising her voice saying I wasn't asking her a question... She clearly wanted an argument and I'm not sure why. I've never been treated like that at any other business, it was truly shocking."
