"My father and mother prepared for their passing several years before the services of the National Cremation Society were needed. My father passed a couple of years after making the arrangements and the whole process went flawlessly. A few years down the road and after a significant move away from her home my mother passed as well. I was concerned about having to tangle with the intricacies involved in navigating this process in a new town, several years after the original arrangements had been made. The team at our local National Cremation Society office made the process absolutely seamless. I couldn’t recommend their services more highly."

"We originally were not open to the idea of cremation for our mother but she did not plan for burial and there were no other options. This was a very difficult decision and very emotional time to plan and watch our mom in her last days with hospice care at home. Joshua was such a blessing to work with from the first phone call! He takes his time and is very detailed and reassuring. He also understood our budget and did not try to pressure us into anything else. I didn't even look at another business because of my first impression with Joshua was that great and peaceful and helpful. "I could never EVER recommend National Cremation Society. My 94yo mother and myself, A BSN, RN attended one of their “free luncheon” seminars to learn some information for possible future planning. We listened attentively but at the end of the lunch the host, Michelle Levin, stood up and in front of everyone in the room said “Who does this? Who attends a lunch we provide without buying a plan?” Michelle told me later that we were the only ones that didn’t purchase a plan. Her husband, Joe, called me at home to continue their tirade. I am certainly glad we didn’t buy a plan from National Cremation Society and we will make other choices in the future. BTW I wrote a review right away and was contacted IMMEDIATELY and the conversation with the “gentleman” didn’t go so well. Joe Levin told me if I removed my negative review that he would give me a gift certificate. By the time I arrived at the restaurant, the restaurant manager told me that Joe cancelled the gift certificate. Plus the timing doesn’t matter. The treatment that we received at the restaurant and at home was unwarranted and VERY unprofessional. Joe Levin should be terminated as a sales manager. He’s verbally abusive to a potential customers."
