"The place is quiet, very beautiful, everything clean and organized, it shows that the green areas are well maintained, it has a very nice club, with exercise machines, pool, swimming pool, recreational area."
"The location is the best part of this community, south end of Bonita and touching the North end of Naples. The Community itself appears to be your run of the mill mobile home arrangement with a smallish community center and a nice pool. The mobile homes were well maintained but 30 year old design."
"Had a mfg home there 5 yrs ago, good location there in North Naples...Many upgrades since that time, much damaged from two or three storms then, priced okay. Could score better now, havent been back to North Naples in awhile...management is key...old owners were really nice...Zemen bought it, things changed, unfortunately not all for for the better....but that is change. It was okay, safe, no trouble."
"My dad moved here a little over 2 years and I have always been very impressed. It is well maintained with new improvements happening since the new owners have taken over. I am looking forward to moving to this same park soon."
