"They get you in, they give you about 4 to 6 months of your agreed rent and then boom. They jack the rent up by about 25%. It was $331 and wnet to $446. They claim they sent notice in email, but when I asked about it, they had no proof. They never did send an email. Very disappointed that they get you in and take advantage."
