"Been at this location for 2 years now, Trish was super helpful when I noticed a discrepancy in my monthly billing, she was quick to adjust it and it made me feel great knowing that a company is actually looking out for their customers. Despite the error I will remain here at this location thanks to the amazing customer service. Amazing job."

"First off do whatever you have to do to keep Bob because he’s an awesome employee. Now for the facility. It’s nice clean and well taken care of. Easy to get in and out of. Now here’s the bad part. I had my stuff in storage for 3 years it was my entire household. When we looked here we wanted a 10x30. They didn’t have one. So they “linked” 3 units together. They charged me close to 400 plus a month and raised the price every year to almost 500 a month. We moved out and I needed space for a little while and only needed 1 unit. I was charged 58 bucks. So for linking 3 units together I paid 320 a month for convenience of having them next to one another. Would they have explained the extra cost I would’ve taken 3 units separate from one another. So in other words I over spent by 8000 dollars over 3 years. My lesson is your gain"

"I have been renting a storage space from here from years. Each time I go it is painless to get in and out and always very clean and accessible. Each time I have a question or concern, Bob the site manager is always there to address them. Bob even helped me out with a rate adjustment to lower my monthly bill. Bob and his team do a great job in giving a high degree of customer service in an industry where in the past I have found it lacking. If anyone asks me if storage recommendations I’ll be sure to send them here."
