The only issue I had was that I didn't thoroughly read the agreement to find my unit number and gate access code. Over all the staff is nice and the facility is extremely clean and well manicured."

"We WERE big fans! Great location, wonderful facility (water, electric hook-up, security, dump station), and easy to rent from. Beware when you move out! We moved in August 15, 2023 - covered 45' spot. Our contract stated we are required to give 10 days notice of termination. Apparently, on December 22, 2023, RecNation changed their move-out requirements and now require 30-days. This new requirement was emailed to all lessors. Ok, no biggie. I provided notice on February 12, 2024 and was informed I would be charged through March 31, 2024. They do not offer pro-rated amounts for move-out - only can accommodate pro-rated amounts for move-in. Despite my contract stating 10 days termination notice; the contract also allows them to change whatever language - whenever! No recourse for the lessor. Would not recommend!"
