"Back in December I dropped off a package to be delivered. I verified the name and address and when it came to pay, their credit card reader wasn’t working. The manager then apparently fixed it. The transaction was apparently made and I was given a receipt with all the information. Days passed and the package was never delivered to the recipient. I checked the receipt and that’s when I realized it was a different transaction. Different person, address, everything. Probably from the previous person before me. Then I checked my bank and they never charged me. I went back and explained everything but my package was already lost and they didn’t care to help me or offer me anything. Their customer service number was no help either since the transaction was never actually made and they couldn’t find me or my package in their system."
"Staff here is friendly and efficient. They're always on the go. Staff is knowledgeable and explains options. This location offers printing for all kinds of projects and business needs. Quality is great."
"The store manager was helpful, but the staff employee working the printing station provides no help or guidance. As I was still in the center taking care of some other items I was the staff employee help other customers even though I asked him for help. Thanks to the manager and no thanks to the store employee who claimed " he would be there in a minute ." If your a professional business, good luck."
