"Sadly Subway has really gone downhill . Edison Mall Subway in the foodcourt leave a bit to be desired. Subway seems like they are trying to modify and reinvent themselves. Maybe a TOTAL makeover is in order? Top to bottom? To be honest I'm really surprised they have held this long and not gone out of business. Take the short trip to Publix for a pub sub!!"
"I will never buy here again. Had a gift certificate and they did not accept it. Claimed that their system does not support my gift certificate. BS, I called the main office and it gave me the amount valid to me. I am so disappointed. No courtesy, no reasonable people."

"You know, I have to say that out of any Subway (franchise) location, this store by far is the absolute best location. Their staff is always super nice and always smiles. The produce is always fresh and looks beautiful. Of course everything is nicely priced and conveniently located right next to the door as soon as you come in. I will always come here no matter the distance of I'm hankering for a tuna sandwich. Thanks guys for all of your hard work! You make my Subway experiences worth it!"
