"I am appalled about the sales tactics, inappropriateness and the lack of integrity of Stephanie Church and her broker Ellen O’Day. Lie after Lie. They were both aware of several Bedroom code violations reported to the county and failed to make the contractor the county and sellers responsible to fix them before allowing a closing on my home purchased before the work was done correctly to code. Now I am left with a two bedroom home in the county records that was sold to me as a 4 bedroom home. They both threatened that I would loss my deposit of $42k if I didn’t close on a set date and did nothing to support me as a buyers agent. This Is a crooked and despicable group.
