"This is a hard NO for alterations. I took in two simple sundresses. Asked to have each hemmed 2 inches. Asked for a quote. I was told the person who does alterations was out and they couldn’t quote. I made the mistake of leaving them there. When I picked them up I was told the bill was $68!! They said they were Jersey so they required double stitching, and that I actually received a discount since I had two. I shouldn’t have left them there. Never again!"
"I brought a long gown for a wedding in to have the spaghetti straps shortened 3.5 inches..they removed 3.5 inches from the bottom of the gown...I tried to work with them to make it right..they refit me for the dress and needed to take in some at the top in order to make the length right...after 2 days I never received a call from them..I went in to get the dress and they told me they made the corrective alliterations...THEY DID NOTHING BUT LET THE GOWN SIT THERE FOR THOSE 2 DAYS KNOWING I NEEDED A GOWN THAT WEEK! DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!!!!!"
"They may be good for dry-cleaning but stay away from them for alterations. I needed to have 4 covers done for my outside barstools because the rubberband was loose. They charged me $ 102.24. I would not mind paying that much if it had solved the problem. When I put them back on the chairs it was exactly the same as before. Everything was loose. If I had a sawing machine I would have done a much better job. Very disappointing"
"I initially came to the buisness for my shirt and pants to be cleaned for work. The pants had a seam coming undone right under the left pocket. I was quoted $7.00 dollars and some change. The next afternoon I arrived to learn that the new price for the items would be $18.00 dollars, when I asked why the quoted price was different from that actual price the cashier had nothing to say. Not only was the price two times higher than what I was initially quoted, the seam had not even been done correctly and is in worse shape than when I had arrived. Spend your hard earned money on a business that appreciates its customers with honesty, and respect. STAY AWAY!"
