"I have been here for one hour and one of the washers has been on spin continuously. I've been patient, but this is ridiculous, and I just want my clothes out of this machine. I have never had an issue like this before. I've attempted to call the number that is listed on Google, but am sent directly to voicemail. Recent reviews show a decrease in quality at this location, and it shows. There is no signage in-house of who to contact with issues. **Updated**: Someone came up to adjust the machine about 10m/15m after posting review. I have adjusted the rating to reflect this. I am thankful to the gentleman that was able to assist, and just wanted my items out of the machine so do not intend to follow-up further."
"As a business owner I don’t have enough time in the day to also worry about laundry. The owners of wash and go and so kind and professional and always willing to accommodate to any specific requests I have regarding which detergent to use for my son with allergies to specific soap brands. 100% recommend"
"Would not recommend. We could not find any worker or anyone who owned the place. We had poo ut 5 dollars in a washer and it just ate it up then we used a different washer and the ate up 50 cents then after those loads got done we used a dryer and at 50 more cents and wouldn't start. Also this place is very disgusting and atrocious. There is rust all over the bottom of the washers and ants are everywhere. There is some slimey substance under chairs on the floors. This place doesnt even deserve a one star."
"Ok, you've got a clean establishment in a decent area, I'll give you that. But you've got at least 3 BIG signs on the windows saying you've got a/c...it is an indoor indoor facility. You've got to turn the air conditioning on! It's just as hot inside as it is outside!"
