"The gym is not bad. It is pretty cold here, which is suitable for working out. I love the strong lamps in the tanning machines. Also, there are Clean toilets and comfortable lockers. However, the workers here are a complete nightmare. The guy with the beard - has been working here for a long time but does not know anything beyond simple actions. Once, I needed a manager and asked to call her. Manager Keitleen stood behind him then and laughed with one of the workers. She never came to me, passing a short answer through the guy with the beard. This is just ridiculous—an unacceptable attitude towards visitors."
"The new location is really nice. Friendly and helpful staff, upgraded facilities, and lobby area is comfy to wait. Hydromassage is top notch."
"We paid for 18 months up front and will leave as soon as time is up. Husband says only 1 sink works in men’s room (for the last 2 weeks). He says men’s restroom is disgusting like a truck stop bathroom. It wasn’t like this one year ago. It has gone downhill. Exterior door had slammed shut for over a month and now has a sign on it to not use. For as many members visit this place daily, they should stay on top of simple maintenance like plumbing and entry doors working."
"This gym is totally awesome. Best gym ever. I’m actually breaking up with my old/current gym to go with these guys after visiting with my Black Card member friend. This place is massive, and even if there are several folks inside, it does not seem like many at all because there is so much room & equipment! It’s also very clean and just all around satisfying! Not to mention those prices and perks, holy smokes!!! THANK YOU PLANET FITNESS!!! I’m grateful for you!"
"Great place very comfortable, even when their packed you can barely tell, because of the size of the place. No one judges anyone. I can bring our 18yr old special needs daughter with us and everyone is great with her I can bring a mat around with us and there are out of the way places where i can let her sit throughout the gym where I can see her and she can chill out on her tablet, and even trys out some of the equipment from time to time. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely recommended the black card, still brand new so haven't tried the all the perks yet but the hydromessage is definitely worth it, you can ease your muscles after a workout. There tanning booths/beds are no joke stay to whatever time they recommend! Lol."
