"Booked a last minute massage online yesterday evening because my shoulder was in so much pain. Booking was quick and easy, and I was able to be seen less than 12 hours later! The woman at the front desk (forgot to get her name) was very sweet, professional, and transparent with fees, optional gratuity charges, etc. which is reassuring when you’re at a new massage studio and don’t know how it all works. For starters, the ambiance of the entire studio is beautiful. My massage therapist was John and he was also very kind and professional when greeting me and discussing my pains and problem areas. He was careful to ask if I was comfortable with him touching my pecs and was diligent in keeping me covered and comfortable the entire time. Fantastic massage, the focus on my shoulder pain was exactly what I needed and then the attention to the legs was the cherry on top!
