"This was my first time here. My adjustment and consultation was great. However, the only reason I am giving 3 stars is because over the phone, when I initially called, the receptionist told me that my first consultation, exam, and adjustment would be $29. When it came time for me to check out (AFTER receiving my exam and adjustment) I was told in person by the same receptionist that it would only be $29 if i purchased a $79 monthly subscription and that I would not be able to cancel my subscription until 2 months later (So basically, a 2 month subscription requirement of $79 per month). Just beware if you go to this location because they don't tell you this until after your adjustment, exam, and consultation as a new patient. Although, they have flyers in the store that say $29 for new patients. I ended up spending $108 ($29 new patient fee+ $79 monthly fee) as opposed to the real first time single visit fee (which is $45). Like I said, the adjustment service was great but the finance aspect of how it was handled...a little sketchy and dishonest. The paperwork and the finances should have been told to me BEFORE my service."

After she adjusted my neck I have had no pain and am back to full range of motion. The other staff were really nice as well. The place is clean and comfortable. Definately highly recommend."
