"I book an appointment for 10am, the message confirmation says to arrive 15 minutes, I arrive and the door is locked, someone finally opens after I call them. I do the registration and receptionist calls the message therapist, she is literally at home telling the receptionist to move me to 11am while I am literally at the place waiting. I am a mother who made arrangements to get a massage and hugely inconvenienced by this “new“ massage center. Stick to the places you know. This is so not worth the hassle and poor client management."
