"They don't answer their phone and take 5 days to call you back and leave a cut off message. Still haven't gotten thru to get an appointment"
"Dr. King did a hip replacement on me. November 2021 the cup was not placed correctly April 2022. He did a hip revision and that surgery was worse than the first one. The first week after surgery, the screws holding my cup in place broke. He got mad when I asked him why and did not get a straight answer. Got another opinion found out that the cup on the hip replacement. The screws were broke and The whole joint was just moving up and down chewing up my pelvic bone. Everything definitely needs replaced so scheduled with a different surgeon. the surgery took five hours to clean up the mess and repair all the damage that Dr. King caused. Will definitely speak to an attorney for damages. If someone knows of attorney that would take this case have them get in touch with me."
"20 minutes late for an appointment due to car trouble they no showed me without calling me. When I arrived the waiting room was empty and they refused to see me after waiting 2 months for an appointment. Office staff refused to get the doctor and pretty much told me to leave I asked for a business card they called the police department. Felt like I was dealing with a bunch of Nazis. Then when I went to file a formal complaint at the corporate office they decided to remove me from service and told me I was not welcome there again. More of the story regardless it's their decision their medical history their medical procedures and you don't matter."
"We had our first meeting with Dr.Cochran yesterday. He was very personable and thorough. He very obviously knows his field quite well. We were impressed with him and felt very comfortable in his presence. My husband is pleased with the result of his treatment."
"Dr Stroope was very friendly and pleasant to talk to. He figured out what is wrong with my elbow within minutes! and treated the problem, to resolve burning pain I have suffered with for months. Thank you! The nurse was awesome!"
