I would swear that Jai’s massages are sprinkled with some sort of magic pixie dust, they are that incredible.:) I can promise you that you will not find a better massage therapist anywhere! I can tell he did deep tissue, swedish , reflexology and cranialsacral therapy. have been in pain and feeling so tight for weeks. I left there definitely feeling better. "I love massage and feel it is not a luxury but vital for my personal wellbeing. For years I'd been to places like Hand and Stone, Massage Envy or just getting massage at Day Spa's or on Cruises. I don't waste my time or money at any of those places now that I have found Jai. In fact, I had never really experienced a real massage until I had one from Jai. I feel like a new person after a session with Jai. My usual is a 90 minute massage and Reiki session. It is amazing to say the least! I highly recommend Jai and beware once you have a massage from him you will be so spoiled that it will be hard to find a good massage anyplace else."

"I purchased a massage through this company and scheduled it for December 1st. Sadly I was informed that morning that a family member had passed and I needed to get home immediately. I contacted this company and talked to the owner/therapist. I explained the situation and he was very nice. I asked whether or not I could reschedule without consequence and if I couldn't I would squeeze in the massage regardless as to not lose my money. He told me it was not a problem and I would not be penalized and I could just call back and reschedule. I thanked him very much for understanding. Today I contacted him to reschedule. He acted as though our previous conversation had never occurred. He told me that he has had a high number of cancellations and kept acting as though rescheduling was going to be an issue. I don't appreciate being generalized and I even offered to get him a copy of the obituary. The confrontation alone made me very uncomfortable and this is the same person that would be performing the massage. He was very unprofessional and dishonest. He did not want to honor our previous conversation. A company that leads you to believe that you can trust their word so that they don't have to actually provide the service later should not be allowed to continue to deceive future clients."
