"Showed up for my sleep study at 8:15 PM on September 14th, 2023, as instructed, for my 8:30 sleep study and the technician never showed. Me, and 3 other individuals, were left waiting there for 30 minutes before we were notified that nobody was going to show up that evening and to go home. When I say notified, I mean that I called to find out what was going on myself. I was advised by Crystal, the after hours representative, that I would receive a call from the supervisor, Nicholas Holland, to resolve the issue. He never called and Crystal’s line was forwarded to voicemail. Completely unprofessional considering the patients made the commitment to be there promptly. Others took off work for this and people took sleeping medications, per instructions, and are now forced to go against recommended guidelines of operating heavy machinery. Incredibly disappointing they can’t even call back that same evening because it’s inconvenient for their schedule."

"I must admit that I had negative thoughts about this place at first. From reading the reviews. But I found it very clean,and the technician Nour was extremely professional, attentive, and made the experience a breeze. I would highly recommend this place should you need a sleep study."

"I loved my experience at the Hunters Creek facility. Very nice and cozy. Very clean. Conducive to a good night's rest. My technician was very kind and knowledgeable. He explained every step. The bed was very comfortable and it was very quiet. I got 7 hours of sleep and was peacefully awakened in the morning. They got a good amount of data for my study. I definitely recommend this facility and location. Thank you!"

"Hector Jaramillo.. I was there last night and received a poor service.. they have only 2 kind of mask and they were reused it's so nasty and the size not worked for me, I felt so uncomfortable the beds is not really like appear in the letter what they sent me.. almost I fitted in it, they charge me 35$ for my deductible insurance and I mo received the service like everybody deserve. The time of wait was really long, I arrived first 8 00 pm and they atend me last at 11 pm . Very very stressed and had to left without received the service. Really angry with this bad services."

"Took my husband here. Lab was NOT clean. Mask was reused and had nasty stuff on it. Beds are too small. Avoid this place at all costs. The Total Sleep labs with the 5 star ratings were made by the owner. Deceptive practices. The technician was nice enough but looked overwhelmed."
