"I went there Sunday, May 5th at 10am. I was seen promptly at my appointment time. The facility is clean & the front desk staff were very kind & helpful. I had my eyebrows waxed & tinted with Samantha (or Sam as I wad told later on when I was finished lol). She was AMAZING!! She was gentle and super professional. I gave her an idea of what I wanted and she totally exceeded my expectations!! She's a true artist!! I will definitely be back for my touch-ups!! Thank you all so much!!"
"I was able to make a same day appointment, a couple hours prior. I had read the reviews and chose Ingrid because the reviews consistently said she was good and that she was gentle. I’m glad I did. She was fantastic. I felt very comfortable and she was gentle and friendly. I had minimal pain throughout the entire appointment. I was brought back on time and the room was clean. Upon checking out, the girls at the reception were super nice, friendly and engaging. I really enjoyed my time there. I highly recommend Ingrid and this location."
