Whether you're a first-time donor or a returning contributor, our knowledgeable staff is here to guide you through the donation process and answer any questions you may have.
At Octapharma Plasma, we value your time and generosity. That's why we offer competitive compensation for both new and returning donors. Our state-of-the-art facilities feature free WiFi and HD televisions to ensure your visit is as pleasant as possible. Feel free to bring your books, tablets, or music players to enjoy during your donation.
Your first visit will include a brief educational video, a free health screening, and a medical questionnaire to ensure a safe donation experience. This initial process may take up to two hours, but subsequent visits will be quicker. We recommend staying hydrated and eating protein-rich and iron-rich meals before donating.
We adhere to all U.S. FDA guidelines, allowing two donations within a seven-day period, with at least 48 hours in between. Remember to return for your second visit to complete the donation process and help us create life-saving medicines.
For Spanish-speaking donors, we offer support to make your experience as seamless as possible. Additionally, our mobile app and online OctaPass are available to streamline your donation process.

"The first visit was pretty fast and communicate just unprofessional the staff in the back that poke talking loud trying to hide from work and nobody not wanna do the job. Today is my second visit for donation , long line no greeting unprofessional employees scattered out of site and moving real slow. They need to hire people and people who love doing they do not just work for money and experience. At this time it’s like 8 people waiting at the front desk past 20 minutes and nobody haven’t came to the desk yet."
