Whether you're considering making your first plasma donation or are a returning donor, we understand that you may have questions. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff is ready to help answer your inquiries about the donation process, compensation, and more. We offer competitive compensation for both new and returning donors, and our center welcomes walk-ins.

For first-time donors, please bring a valid photo ID, Social Security Card, and proof of current address. Expect your first visit to take 1-2 hours due to an initial donor suitability screening, which includes a video, medical history assessment, and health questionnaire. Subsequent visits will typically take less time.

To make your donation experience as pleasant as possible, our center provides free WiFi and HD televisions. Feel free to bring books, tablets, magazines, and music players (with headphones) to enjoy during your donation. Please note that phone calls and photographs are not permitted in our centers to respect the privacy of all donors.

We adhere to all U.S. Food and Drug Administration guidelines, allowing two plasma donations within a seven-day period, with at least a 48-hour interval between donations. After your first donation, we encourage you to return within 2 to 14 days for your second donation, as your initial donation cannot be used until your second visit.

For those who speak Spanish, our centers welcome Spanish-speaking donors. Please contact us to confirm language accommodations at your local center.

Enhance your plasma donation experience with our mobile app and online OctaPass for seamless and efficient visits. Learn more about our tiered rewards program, where valued donors earn points for Express Passes and e-gift cards.

"Halfway through the 3 hour long process they told me to have a seat and wait. They didn't have a working bathroom, they had Porta potties out front. So when I needed to use the facilities I went outside to do so. When they saw me outside, they came out and told me that I would have to start the whole process over. No one told me I couldn't go outside, there was no sign saying I couldn't go outside. Jackie the manager wasn't helpful nor understanding towards the situation. Terrible experience would not recommend this location.."

"Staff can be good but certain others tend to be rude like Am basically giving away my blood so you have a job and donors still get treated like we are such a burden and you can tell just by looking sometimes at their gestures also I do understand there’s certain protocols to follow but also be appreciated of the effort I walked 10 miles took me 2 hours because the supervisor told me to go home like woman some of us have to resource here because it’s what we got now and to have such a condescending person at the “lead” working customer service for years has me comprehend that you must treat people with respect and dignity"

"My initial was pleasant, a little long because they were understaffed because of Super Bowl Sunday. My second visit I was differed for reason I didn't expect. Returned 3 days after 1st visit. Was told bruise was too dark??? Several years ago I donated plasma and each visit they rotated opposite arms, never a problem. I feel like this is being done to reduce payouts because you have to wait over 1+week between donations. Besides the bruising and possible differ also was never explained at first visit nor how to treat to decrease bruising. Disappointed in lack of communication."
