"I needed windshield wiper blades for one of my vehicles. I walked into this store and they were busy taking care of many guest. The store was organized and clean. Less than 10 minutes later I was greeted professional by a team member named James. He was personalable, confident, focused and executed flawlessly. He walked out to the vehicle to check what type of wiper arm configuration it actually had, then back inside the store grabbed the blades and checked me out. I had asked him if he wouldn’t mind just installing the drivers side for me. He replied “I would be happy to”. While asking one of his team members to get my receipt for me as he existed the store and installed both wiper blades for me. James, I truly appreciate you going the extra mile for me today in this heat! And the positive attitude you displayed with those before me and with me. "I went in on May 23 to get a battery, The store manager came out to put my new battery in. As he was installing the battery he dropped it on my radiator and broke the hose neck. I could not drive my car. Advance towed my car to the shop. Wanted me to pay for the labor and repay me smh. It took a day to get a new radiator they would not rent a car and pay for it. So left me hanging. I will never go into this store again!!!! Oh and I was on my way to the beach on vacation by the way!"
