"If been to this location on three separate occasions. 1) first I went with my fiancé for a growth .. Pía was amazing! She listened to our concerns and took good care of him . He previously had skin cancer and thought it may be coming back . She got it cut off and sent to biopsy. Luckily it was nothing serious this time . 2) I saw Lexy Hazle .. She was by far the worst medical professional I’ve ever been seen by . She was in the room for all of two minutes. She hardly looked at me . I didn’t even have enough time to finish the paperwork, that’s how quickly she was in and out. She didn’t explain anything to me. She has terrible bedside manner. She prescribed me two topical creams.. she failed to explain they should be applied two weeks on , two weeks off. I only found out when I saw a different provider on my third visit today I could have skin thinning along with a long list of side effects from long term exposure to these medications. While it may not of been life threatening, this should’ve been explained to me . Quite frankly it’s appalling that she couldn’t be bothered to spend more than two minutes with me as a patient. When arrived today , the receptionist was having issues with her computer, another one comes up and takes the person behind me . She completely discarded me as if I had not been waiting. I do not recommend this location unless you are seeing Pía. I certainly will never go back to this place . It’s quite apparent they don’t care about patients."

"They claim that they verbally inform you that they may bill for additional things after your appointment, but they did not tell us. We got a bill for $132 after we already paid them. There's nothing in writing from them indicating they can tack on charges after the fact. They assured us that they told us, but they did not. They either lied or are incompetent."

"My son had warts on his feet for two years. We went to Dr. Butson for monthly treatment for several months and he was able to get rid of them. Plus he was always so kind and gentle with my son and he always answered his questions and listened to his concerns. We love Brandon Dermatology and would highly recommend them!"
