"Administrative mess. When I called to book an appointment they told me my insurance was inactive. Their office didn't bother to check with my insurance company and told me I had to call them myself. I called my insurance provider and they advised me that my insurance was active. The office seemed too lazy or inefficient to correctly look up insurance. Furthermore, my insurance had them listed as my PCP. It seems like they were PCPs at one time but are not anymore and they never updated themselves in the system. At first, I was excited to go see a dermatologist or perhaps even as a PCP but now I will look elsewhere. I personally do not trust places that can't get simple things like looking up insurance and customer service right."

"I was apprehensive to try a new place for my skin but I was thrilled with the treatments I had done. The nurse was extremely professional and she knew what she was doing. Everyone was pleasant and made sure I was comfortable. I've been using the skin products and I'm very happy with the results."
"I made an appointment with this physician's office for 1:30pm today and when I arrived at 1:30pm the office was closed. I called their number and got a call center which put me on hold for 10 minutes while they tried to track down the personnel that were supposed to be there. Upon their failure to do that they apologized for the situation and told me they would open a "case" to look into the problem. They did verify that I had an appointment at the time I arrived at the office. There was one other patient that stood around outside their office that also had a 1:30pm appointment. I would not use this dermatologist if you value your time. They didn't even offer a discount on a future visit for wasting my time. This is a very unprofessional operation."
