"We took our 3 kids here for their annual eye exam, the Dr took his time to explain the treatment for myopia control, he answered all our questions and he was very polite. The staff is very friendly, the office is clean and nicely stocked with beautiful glasses in different styles to choose from. The staff was very patient with my boys as they put on contact lenses for the first time, we didn't feel rushed. We recommend this practice!"

"I recently had a misfortunate experience coming into Dau Family Eye Care. The STAFF were VERY well-mannered with smiles on all faces assisting patients. However, when the manager came up she made the environment incredibly toxic, primarily due to the behavior of the manager. From the very beginning, it was evident that the manager lacked basic respect and empathy for her employees by either when they asked her a question she rolled her eyes, was complaining about how behind the Doctor is and that “it’s just ridiculous”, and just talked like crap to her staff when she thought no patients were listening and a few in particular. She belittled the woman working on the desk by the glasses and the poor girls demeanor changed. She was especially rude to the little blonde girl that was nothing but kind to each and everyone in that room. It was a very sorry experience and I feel bad for the staff."

"From entering to leaving the whole experience was great. Friendly staff, they answer your questions, and no hidden fees. It felt.like a family atmosphere. Shout out to Dustin who was great explaining our material options and didn't push to purchase from them. Would recommend to anyone."

"They are very friendly. They dont make you wait long and very organized. Doc Dau is very professional and work with you. They except Medicaid and try to give you the best price possible. My daughter has a condition with her eyes and they have done amazing work with her on her eye site. I ended up scratching my eye and still had pieces of the ceramic bowl in my eye and the doc helped me and will come even on his day off to assist you instead of going to the ER where they don’t know exactly what they are doing. They have helped me in so many ways and am so grateful for them. They are very passionate about what they do. That is hard to find these days. They are a ten in my book."
